We had such a blast with Chef Roman cooking for our interactive dinner. Our (5) adult children gathered together for a surprise gift for Christmas. They enjoyed every minute of the evening and the food was beyond their expectations. We loved the personal touch and we are already talking about what our next event could be for Chef Roman to cook for.

I hired Roman to cater my wedding in 2004 and STILL get comments from my guests about how great the food was (literally 8 years later). I loved working with Roman--he was so agreeable, fun, creative and sweet and the feast he created for us was absolutely wonderful. He's no longer in Colorado which is definitely our loss. I would recommend him for absolutely everything.

Chef Roman is amazing! I have had quite a few of his meals and am always wanting more. From catered luncheons to at home meals for my sister after she had her baby everything is always fantastic.

Kangaroo Catering did a phenomenal job with my event. The planning process went smoothly, everything was taken care of down to the minute details, and the food was exceptional. Everyone at the party commented on the wonderful food and terrific service.

Kangaroo Catering provided a wonderful dining experience. Menu selection and food preparation was outstanding. Chef Roman explained the choices and ingredients in each dish as we all went through the buffet line. He was also very patient and answered our questions. The dessert was outstanding and was served with "fresh whipped cream"!! The wait staff also did a fantastic job tending to our needs and were so polite and respectful while we ate dinner and listened to our conference talk. Nothing was left undone!!!

Oh my goodness. If it wasn't for Chef Roman's professional patience, my party would have never happened. I have complete trust in him and I know that whatever Roman creates will be above and beyond expectations. He is a very patient and professional chef. I don't think those characteristics usually go together.
We recently enjoyed such a nice dinner that was a gift from a family member. The experience was great fun and delicious as well. Chef Roman puts guests at ease and really is a highlight of the event that he is providing.
Kangaroo Catering was so comfortable to deal with. They provided plentiful original suggestions and of course exquisite cuisine. They understood the feel and theme of our event and made me feel confident there would be no glitches. I loved the fact I was free to enjoy my own party.
I love having Kangaroo Catering come in and make things happen because of the professional, talent, and warmth Chef Roman and his staff brings.

We were extremely pleased (as were all of our guests) with the meal and service provided by Kangaroo Catering. The food was incredible and could only be matched by the finest of restaurants! We are so sad to have Chef Roman leave Saint Louis and wish him the best of luck! I would highly recommend Kangaroo Catering to anyone. My experience was very pleasant and produced many compliments from guests regarding the food. The planning process was also very organized and the execution was excellent.

There may have been a previous e-mail but I just heard via the grapevine that you have moved to Grand Rapids. Although we will miss you, I wish you the very best. Thank you so much for playing a huge role in the success of the parties you have done for Gary and me. Your suggestions were invaluable in providing a broad enough variety to please all palates and preferences. Roman is a delight to work with. From food selection, to theme, to the day of the event, there was never a misstep. Roman became a friend to our family and we will miss him. He most recently made our 16 yr old son’s birthday an interactive dinner party that our family will never forget.

Everything was seamless. You catered a ladies luncheon, our office staff party and a neighborhood Christmas party, all within a 2 week period. You tailored each event to the kind of guests you were serving. And you were such a delight to work with. I also have to mention the wonderful pudding that you encouraged me to serve.....heaven! Everyone loved it! We miss you! All the best!

Our entire family, including the grandkids, enjoyed the give and-take, the involvement, the preparation, the presentation, the flavors and especially the desserts. Chef Roman made certain the youngsters were involved and happy but he also surprised and involved the parents and grandparents.
