Interactive dinner parties are a fun and lively alternative to sit-down formal dinners. Relax in  
  your own kitchen enjoying your favorite drink (or two) while you watch as Chef Roman 
  prepares a gourmet selection of courses. Learn a new culinary trick, and above all - have fun! 
  Participation is also always encouraged!

  Chef Roman will print out the recipes for you so everyone can follow as we go along.

  Each dinner can also be tailored to suit each individual event. Sometimes guests just like to 
  watch as Chef Roman prepares the dishes, at other times everyone likes to join in and help 
  make everything. Other options include doing each recipe one at a time or dividing everyone 
  into teams and having each team make one recipe of the dinner. We can do a full dinner or 
  just a selection of hors d'oeuvre and a dessert. 

  On the day of your dinner Chef Roman will take care of all the shopping and arrange for any 
  rental and professional/personable wait staff if needed. All you will need to do is send out the 
  invitations.
