COOKING CLASSES
Chef Roman teaches a variety of cooking classes in conjunction with the Heart Care Institute of Barnes Jewish Hospital. While dietitians speak on the nutritional aspect of the topic, Chef Roman supplements the lecturewith a selection of menu items and corresponding cooking theory.
These fun and informative classes are held every other month at a cost of $25 (inclusive of food). You are certain to walk away with many great ideas to incorporate into your own meal plan at home!Note: Classes are currently being postponed while kitchen renovations are being undertaken at the heart care institute.
