Cocktail parties are a fabulous way to entertain friends, neighbors and business associates all at once. Chef Roman is able to create unique and original hand-crafted hors d'oeuvres for any special occasion or holiday, all tray-passed by Kangaroo Catering's professional and personable wait staff. You certainly won't find the usual store bought items on any of our menus. Kangaroo Catering will also arrange for set up, required rental and professional/personable wait staff.
