              Buffets

              Are you wishing to cater a lunch or dinner to a large group?  Then a gourmet buffet is a 
              great option. Prior to your dinner Chef Roman will consult with you about what kind of 
              party you'd like to give, how many guests you plan to invite and any other details to
              make your party perfect. You may choose your own menu or let Chef Roman design a 
              special menu to suit your particular tastes.
              Chef Roman will also be happy to make changes to the menu to accommodate a guest's 
              special requests or restrictions.

              Kangaroo Catering will also arrange for set up, required rental and professional,  
              personable wait staff. All you will need to do is send out the invitations.

            Wonton wrapped sherry marinated chicken served with an apricot and mustard 
            dipping sauce  

            Puff pastry ricotta boats topped with macerated figs and caramelized onion and finished with fresh oregano and Parmesan

            Lemony green leaf salad with green olives, red onion, cucumber, tomato and feta cheese 

            Assorted grilled and roasted vegetable platter

            Prosciutto wrapped chicken breasts marinated in lemon and garlic served on a bed of Orzo salad with olives, capers, roasted red bell peppers, roasted sweet onions and sautéed cherry tomatoes 

            Roast beef tenderloin served with roasted garlic baby red potatoes, caramelized red onion jam and a fresh tarragon, caper, mustard and horseradish mayonnaise
